Nabilah Razali
Head of Operations, Petaling Jaya

We engaged mylumetix for a reinforcement learning project to improve our vehicle routing decisions. The team was thorough in scoping — they pushed back on a few of our initial assumptions in a constructive way, which led to a better outcome. The API they delivered fits cleanly into our system and has reduced routing errors noticeably. The documentation was also genuinely useful, not just a formality.

The AI accessibility engagement was well-run. We had a clear target — improve our platform's screen reader compatibility and add automatic alt-text — and mylumetix delivered both within the timeline. The WCAG audit report at the end gave us documentation we could show regulators. I appreciated that they did not oversell what the AI could do.

Chief Strategy Officer, Shah Alam

We needed something we could present to the board about AI — where we stand, what competitors are doing, and what we should consider. The AI Landscape Briefing was exactly that. mylumetix delivered within two weeks, the brief was well-written, and the presentation slides were clear enough that non-technical board members could follow along without confusion.

What I found reassuring was that mylumetix was direct about limitations. Early on they flagged that one part of our original spec would not give reliable results with current data availability, and suggested an adjusted approach. That kind of honesty is not always what you get from consultants. The end result was more useful than what we had originally planned.

The handover process was well-managed. We received all source code, the model artefacts, and a clear handover document. The session where they walked our engineers through the system was genuinely useful — not rushed. We have been able to run and monitor the system ourselves since without needing to come back for help.

Programme Lead, Putrajaya

We chose the accessibility engagement because our organisation serves users with visual impairments and we needed to do better on alt-text and document simplification. mylumetix took the work seriously. They took time to understand our users before recommending the model approach. The features have been live for two months and feedback from users has been positive.

Dynamic Scheduling for a Regional Courier Network
Challenge
A regional courier company was using manual rules for daily vehicle scheduling. As their network grew, the rules became increasingly difficult to maintain and the scheduling quality degraded — leading to longer delivery windows and higher fuel costs.
Solution
mylumetix built a reinforcement learning agent trained on historical routing data and live order inputs. The environment model accounted for traffic patterns, vehicle capacity, and time windows. The agent was deployed as an API integrated with the company's dispatch tool.
Outcome
Over 8 weeks of operation post-deployment, average route efficiency improved by 18% compared to the prior rules-based system. Dispatch time was reduced, and the team reported that the scheduling decisions were more consistent and easier to review.

Accessibility Upgrade for a Government Information Portal
Challenge
A government-adjacent body needed to improve the accessibility of their citizen information portal. Key issues included missing alt-text on thousands of images, complex language in policy documents, and navigation that was difficult for screen reader users.
Solution
mylumetix integrated an AI alt-text generation pipeline for the content management system and a text simplification feature for policy pages. Navigation structure was also reviewed and adjusted. All work was tested against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria with a documented compliance report provided.
Outcome
The portal achieved WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across all tested components. User feedback from assistive technology users noted meaningful improvements in navigability and content comprehension. The compliance documentation was accepted for internal audit purposes.

AI Landscape Briefing for a Regional Asset Manager
Challenge
The leadership team of a Kuala Lumpur-based asset management firm wanted a clear picture of how AI was being used in their industry — both by peers and by vendors offering tools. They needed something they could discuss at board level without losing time to research.
Solution
mylumetix conducted a two-week research engagement covering AI applications in asset management, an overview of relevant vendors and tools available in Malaysia, emerging trends in portfolio analytics and client communication, and practical implications for the firm's existing capabilities.
Outcome
The board received a 15-page written brief and a 20-slide presentation. The briefing led directly to a decision to pilot one of the tools identified, and the firm used the brief as the starting point for a wider technology review. The engagement was completed within the two-week window.
Duration: 2 weeks — RM 550
